Christen Jensen b 1854

Christen Jensen was born on 2 Jan 1854 in Tjele, Viborg, Denmark, the son of Jensen C. and Mary Ann Christensen. He died on 18 Mar 1947 in Provo, Utah, Utah, United States. He was buried in Provo, Utah, Utah, United States. Christen married Ane Margrethe Jensen on 11 May 1884 in Endowment House, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah Territory, United States.

He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and came to the United States and settled in Fountain Green, Sanpete, Utah, where he became a farmer and rancher. He was of the men who helped build the LDS Manti temple. 

On May 11,1994, he married Ane Margaretha Jensen in the old Salt Lake LDS endowment house. Following their marriage they moved to Provo, Utah, Utah  where he and his father-in-law began a business manufacturing the first adobe bricks in the area.
